Message from the Principal
Welcome to St. Luke’s School, Douglas. St. Luke’s is a co-educational primary school under Church of Ireland patronage. In St. Luke’s, we create a happy and safe environment where all pupils are valued. We have high expectations for pupils’ academic achievement and behaviour and strive to enable every child to reach their full potential.
Pupils are involved in choir, hockey, soccer, swimming, chess, athletics, tag rugby, drama and art as well as many other activities throughout the school year. They experience a sense of caring and belonging and are involved in all aspects of school life. They are expected to play an active part as Buddies, Squaddies, on committees as well as on Student Council.
We take pride in watching our pupils grow into mature and well-rounded individuals who are prepared to work hard to achieve their goals.
