Cllr. Mary Shields visited St. Luke’s on Monday, 22nd September. The pupils entertained her with a lively rendition of the school anthem ‘The Rhythm of St. Luke’s’. She told the children all about the Lord Mayor’s chain and the significance of each part. They asked a number of questions and presented her with letters written by the pupils of 4th Class. Then she was whisked away by her driver to visit the next school on her itinerary!
